Martial Arts Weapons: WARNING
Martial arts weapons sold under the weapons category of OMAS's website or catalog are intended for demonstration or display as a collection item only. Use and misuse of martial arts weapons involves serious risks such as, injuries, disability and even death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert supervision, demonstration of forms, collection or display. You are advised to inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are good proper condition. If any defect is detected, do not use the product. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact. Sales of certain products are governed by state, federal and international law. It is the buyers' responsibility to check all applicable law concerning use, ownership, legal age and possession of any product offered by OMAS By purchasing any item, the buyer warrants compliance with all state, federal and international law and that the buyer is legally able to purchase and sell items being purchased from OMAS' website or catalog. OMAS disclaims any and all liability related to improper, illegal, unintended use or modification of weapons sold through the OMAS website or catalog. The purchaser, user or participant assumes all risks of injury from any use. No weapons are sold to anyone under 18 years of age without parental consent. Some weapons may be prohibited in your area. By buying our OMAS's products, you understand and agree that martial arts such as tae kwon do, wushu, judo, etc. and demonstrations are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of OMAS including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other of OMAS . Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold OMAS harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or Martial Arts Weapons or any other OMAS product.

Limited Replacement Warranty
OMAS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been misuse, neglected or subjected to obvious abuse. OMAS's sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to OMAS within this 7-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise. Due to vendor requirements, books and videos cannot be refunded once the seal is broken. OMAS s warranty as to books and videos is limited to exchange for the same title if the book or tape proves defective. Please refer our Return and Exchange Policy for more information. Products sold are non-refundable.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Online orders made after 3.30pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday, Not including public holidays) for deliveries of your goods, following payment processing authorization and verification.

We use SKYNET COURIER, Pos Laju and local Parcel as our local Shipping Centre for delivery of our goods within Malaysia.

Returns of merchandise are accepted for exchange or refunds within7 days of purchase. You may return new merchandise suitable for resale and does not include merchandise that has been used, altered, washed or damaged. Please attached along the original receipt with your merchandise.

International Shipping and Return Policies
International customers will be responsible for all tax charges, which may vary from country to country

You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for handling of your order through customs and or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling charges.

Orders made after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled.

Delivery time of goods varies for every country, please contact us for delivery time of your goods.

We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect international address.

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 working days via Poslaju.

Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Shipping Cost
If your order totals more than RM100, you’ll receive free shipping in Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

 

2. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
