Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 2 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Customers should take photos and videos during unpacking as proof for any claims.
Return Process
Contact us at orientalworld@omas.com.my with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item back to OMAS Sdn. Bhd., 13F, Jalan Air Itam, Taman Ria, 11500 Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement product in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a free replacement or refund.
